Living Room
 | | (Click on image to expand) | Two comfortable loveseats (one is a single sleeper sofa) face each other across a gas fireplace; plenty of lights allow for reading a book or doing a crossword puzzle. Enjoy a movie or cable offering on TV, do some web surfing on the computer, or just sit back and enjoy a CD from the condo collection while enjoying the view of the harbor.
On warm evenings, sit out on one of the two porches and sip an espresso and do a little people-watching. The porches are a great place to take breakfast or lunch, but if you prefer to dine a little more formally, the dining table sits against the floor-to-ceiling windows -- you won't miss a thing.

Kitchen
 | | (Click on image to expand) | This is not an afterthought kitchen, like so many condo kitchens. It is bright, spacious, and fully-equiped. It is not enclosed, but open to the rest of the living area; the cook can prepare dinner while chatting with guests or watching activity on the harbor.
The electric range, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher are full-sized and there's plenty of cabinet space. You'll find all the amenities for preparing real meals: pots, pans, glasses, flatware, utensils, and small appliances. An electric drip coffee maker, French press, and electric tea kettle will satisfy coffee and tea drinkers. A rolling butcherblock-topped island extends the preparation space.
Victoria has hundreds of great restaurants, large and small, but for guest who love to cook, this kitchen everything. So take a short walk to Chinatown, gather up some great fresh vegetables, and get to work!
Just down the hall from the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer, so you can keep an eye on the laundry while preparing that stir-fry.

Master Bedroom
 | | (Click on image to expand) | There is no escaping the views from this condo -- even the bedroom boasts floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. A door leads to the smaller of the condo's two porches. Open the door and enjoy the breeze!

 | | (Click on image to expand) | The queen-size bed is plenty spacious and provides a retreat for reading or watching TV on the bedroom set. The large closet is equipped with wire shelves and plenty of hangers; you'll find room on top of the closet for bulkier items, since the ceiling is high.
Around the corner is the bathroom, a modern, streamlined space with many mirros and great ventilation. A room-length counter is the perfect space for toiletries. |
Balcony
 | | (Click on image to expand) | One of the advantages of this corner condo are the two balconies. The larger is off the living room and runs the length of that room. It's equipped with lounge chairs and a market umbrella for thos very sunny days. It faces the marina and the Upper Harbor towards the Gorge.

It has a small table and two chairs for relaxing and offers a view of the Johnson Street drawbridge. It's fun to sit there and sip the a.m. coffee in your robe, watching the bridge go up and down! |
Rooftop Patio
 | | (Click on image to expand) | Mermaid Wharf is a flat-topped building and the rooftop is great spot for a 360 degree birds-eye view of Victoria and the Upper Harbour. There is a common area for use by guests, including a BBQ grill and seating. Take the elevator to the top and have a picnic! |
Parking
There is a single parking space for the condo located in the secure garage underneath the building. Included with the keys is a garage door remote for opening the gate into the parking garage. There is an elevator from the parking area to the second floor condo. |
